The traditional Juicy Lucy

The traditional Juicy Lucy

Mix the 5 ingredients above together with your hands, make into 4 patties – flatter is better than thicker – less than 1/2 inch think is ok
Grill for 5-10 minutes per side, depending on grill and size of patties

1 pack whole wheat buns
Butter buns – I used the Land O’ Lakes butter/olive oil mix – spread on buns, grill for 2 min

Optional
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions
Mustard
Catsup
Sauteed Mushrooms
Sour Cream

Eat em up, Yum!
