- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans Hunt’s tomato sauce (24oz)
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
- 1 cup provolone cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- salt & pepper
Pre-heat oven to 450f or 230C
Put flour, bread crumbs, and eggs all in separate bowls in a line.
Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Repeat for each breast.
Saute onions and garlic for a minute or so, then add sauce and let simmer
Heat about 4 TBSP oil in a skillet.
Fry chicken for about 4 minutes on each side, until browned to perfection.
Place in a baking dish, add sauce, top with both cheeses and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Check after 15 minutes
10 minutes before chicken is done start boiling your spaghetti noodles.
Remove chicken from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles. Enjoy!
