Chicken Wings and Sweet Sriracha Sauce
30-35 chicken wings
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup sriracha sauce aka rooster sauce aka siracha sauce
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
If wings still have a bit of feather on them, either grill them, or use a gas stove flame to burn them off
Bake on a baking sheet in a single layer, at 375 for 40-50 minutes if frozen, or 10-15 minutes if fresh or grill chicken wings until desired doneness
Put garlic in a small sauce pan with butter on medium heat and saute for 2-3 minutes
Add honey and sriracha and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Let sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes
When chicken wings are done, plate them and drizzle sauce over them and serve
